Terms of Use
By using Tribün you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Fırat Kaplan; contact: fyrat91@gmail.com.
1. Service
Tribün is a second-screen football app providing scores and events, stand chat, free predictions, XP, a fan stage and private rooms. Tribün does not stream matches. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by clubs, the Turkish Football Federation, or league organisers. Team names identify fixtures; in-app symbols are generated from colours and codes, not official crests.
2. Account
You must be at least 13. You can begin with a device-bound account without giving an email or phone number. Protecting it is your responsibility: unless you create a transfer code or add email under Profile → Protect your account, deleting the app or changing device may permanently remove access to XP, level, friends and purchases. Never share a transfer code. Impersonating, deceptive or abusive usernames are prohibited.
3. Community rules — zero tolerance
Insults, harassment, threats, bullying, hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or team; encouragement of violence, self-harm or unlawful conduct; sexual content; illegal betting, match-fixing or gambling promotion; spam, fraud; and sharing personal information without consent are prohibited in chat, reactions, the stage and private rooms.
Automated filters may block content before publication. Within 24 hours, a first ordinary violation receives a warning, a second a one-hour chat restriction and a third a 24-hour restriction; threats and hate speech may receive 24 hours immediately. You may appeal a blocked message. Moderators review appeals, 24-hour restrictions and reports within 24 hours, and may remove content, mute accounts, restrict stage access or close accounts. Only moderators impose permanent closure.
4. Predictions, XP and reputation
Predictions are free entertainment, not real-money betting. Career XP, Match XP and reputation have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Match XP resets for every fixture and only that match’s XP is spent on stage turns. The microphone unlocks at 500 Match XP; the first turn costs 500, later turns 400, and Premium includes one free second turn. Questions may be voided or corrected when the sports-data provider changes data.
5. Purchases
Products are sold only through App Store and Google Play, whose rules govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
- Tribün Premium is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Cancel in store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; benefits continue until the paid period ends.
- Private-room and Mega Reaction credits are consumable. VIP begins immediately and stacks onto active time. Super Reactions and titles are permanent. The first-room offer is available once to eligible accounts.
- Premium, permanent products and unexpired VIP can be restored through the store to another Tribün account using the same store account. Consumable credits stay with the Tribün account on which they were bought.
- No paid product affects predictions, leaderboards, Stand Rivalry, reputation, badges or the microphone threshold. Refunded entitlements are removed.
6. Your content and recordings
You are responsible for content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to display it and operate Tribün. It is deleted with your account. If you record a private room, only consenting members are included. You are responsible for clips and must respect participants’ rights and the community rules; do not share a clip containing someone who withdrew consent or asked you not to.
7. Acceptable use and availability
You may not reverse engineer the service, use automated tools, overload systems or take over accounts. We may change, suspend or end features. The service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted or error-free sports data is not guaranteed. Liability for indirect loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account in the app or on the web. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Apple and Google
If downloaded from App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for support.
10. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Mandatory consumer rights, including access to consumer arbitration committees and courts, remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We update the date above and announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the revised terms.
12. Prize campaigns
Tribün occasionally runs prize campaigns; each has its own rules page, which applies together with these terms. Current campaign, open to residents of Türkiye, rules in Turkish: Tribünün Taraftarı. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of these campaigns and are not involved in them in any way.
